Fortis Coaching
Todd spent years in team sports – playing and coaching football with FFA accreditation – before going into strength and conditioning and functional fitness. More recently he's competed across long course triathlon and Ironman, adding an endurance dimension to an already broad athletic background.
Along the way he's been fortunate to learn from some of the best coaches, athletes and educators across every area that touches athletic performance. That exposure – combined with his own experience across S&C, functional fitness and endurance sport – has shaped a genuine understanding of how these qualities work together in programming that actually moves athletes forward.
Fortis Coaching exists because most athletes in these sports are being guided from only one side of that equation. Todd is focused on closing that gap.
