1. The promoter
This promotion is run by TJM Training Pty Ltd, trading as Fortis Coaching, ABN 84 643 791 842, Australia. Contact: info@fortiscoaching.com.au
2. Who can enter
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the promoter and of any participating partner brand, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. When it runs
Entries open at 12:00pm AEST on Thursday 20 August 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 30 August 2026. Entries received outside this window are not valid.
Please note the closing time is stated in AEST. If you are in Western Australia, that is 9:59pm AWST on Sunday 30 August 2026.
4. How to enter
To enter, during the promotional period you must:
- Follow @fortis.coaching_ on Instagram, and
- Comment the word MELBOURNE on the pinned prize pack post on that account.
One valid comment gives you one entry. Additional comments on the same post do not create additional entries.
You must be following @fortis.coaching_ at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
5. Bonus entry
You may earn one additional entry by sharing the prize pack post to your Instagram story and tagging @fortis.coaching_ in that story, during the promotional period.
Your story share must be visible to the promoter for the bonus entry to be counted. Private accounts, or stories that do not tag @fortis.coaching_, cannot be verified and will not receive the bonus entry.
Maximum two entries per person.
Tagging another person in the comments is welcome but is not required and does not earn an entry.
6. The prize
There is one prize, awarded to one winner. The total prize value is up to AU$3,000 including GST, based on the recommended retail price of each item at the time of publication.
The prize consists of:
- One HYROX race entry, for an event in the Asia-Pacific region
- A 12-month Snap Fitness 24/7 membership
- A 12-week Fortis HYROX training program
- One pair of adidas Dropset Pro shoes
- Apparel from REC GEN
- Fuelling products from Precision Fuel & Hydration
- A protein bundle from Chief Nutrition
- A heart rate training system from Morpheus
- A nutrition consultation with Verde Nutrition Co
About the race entry: the event, date and race category will be agreed between the winner and the promoter, subject to availability and to the event organiser's own terms and conditions. Travel, accommodation, insurance and any other costs associated with attending the event are not included and are the winner's responsibility.
About the gym membership: subject to Snap Fitness membership terms and to participating club availability.
About the training program: delivered through TrainingPeaks. The winner is responsible for having a compatible device or account where required.
Individual prize items are supplied by the partner brands named above and are subject to those brands' own terms, availability, sizing and shipping conditions. Where an item is unavailable, the promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. The draw
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries on Monday 31 August 2026 at the promoter's premises.
The draw will be conducted using a random number generator. Entries with a bonus entry are counted twice in the draw.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Telling the winner
The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within two business days of the draw, and announced on @fortis.coaching_.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of first being notified, or is found not to meet these terms, the promoter may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.
9. General
Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, automated, or made using bulk, duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.
The promoter may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or acted in a way that is unfair to other entrants.
By entering, you agree that the promoter may publish your Instagram handle in connection with the promotion if you win.
The promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from use of the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the promoter's reasonable control, the promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
10. Your information
Personal information collected for this promotion is collected by TJM Training Pty Ltd, trading as Fortis Coaching, not by Instagram or Meta, and is used only to run the promotion and award the prize.
We handle your information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can ask to access or correct your information by emailing info@fortiscoaching.com.au
11. Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, you release Instagram and Meta completely from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
